Returns & Damaged Goods Policy

Return Policy:

EVAS offers products and/or produces customized solutions specifically designed to meet your personal needs. Because of the special nature of the products or systems, EVAS can not accept returns under any circumstances.

Damaged Or Missing Goods:

All items shipped by EVAS are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment and all packing materials are chosen specifically for each item to ensure their safe arrival to you. We suggest that you inspect each box for damage before accepting delivery. If the outside box has significant damage, please inspect the contents with the driver present and notate any damage on delivery receipt with the driver.  Do not discard the box or packing materials; you may need them in case of return, or the carrier may need to inspect them if damage has occurred.

All claims for damages or shortages must be filed within ten business days of receipt of delivery by calling EVAS at 800-872-3827.
